    The staff were cute. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi offered an amazing view of the mountains. Watching the sunrise while enjoying complimentary cocoa and mini pastries was a lovely touch. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices from both Western and Asian cuisine. The dining options were quite limited. The main restaurant was very pricy, though the bar menu had a few nicer, more affordable options. The hotel provided a free return shuttle to Alishan Forest, convenient. The location was decent for public transport as the bus stop was right outside. Still, the view from my room didn't quite match what was advertised. While I had a pleasant stay with friendly service and great amenities, I did feel some disappointment regarding the room view and limited dining choices, which detracted from my overall experience.

    The staff were accommodating. We appreciated the welcome drink and the complimentary mini bar. The rooftop pool offered fine mountain views, especially during sunrise, while the breakfast featured a wonderful array of options that catered to various tastes.

    Our room could have benefited from a little more attention to cleanliness.

    The staff were friendly and accommodating during my recent New Year stay. the location of the hotel was convenient with easy access to nearby tourist attractions. Another advantage was the comfy bed that provided a good night's sleep.

    I was disappointed by the room offered which did not match the photos advertised. the view from the window was unsightly and not the beautiful mountain view as advertised.

    The location of this hotel is convenient and close to the city center. Although the view from some of the rooms may not be as impressive as advertised, the hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. Guests can enjoy a variety of facilities, such as a premium sofa bed, and breakfast is included in the room rate. the room and bathroom are well-maintained and clean.

    The hotel could improve on their advertising to accurately represent the views from the rooms.

    Good , Luxurious and exclusive! We recently stayed at this hotel and were impressed with the exclusive amenities and luxurious experience. the service provided by the staff was exceptional, and they went out of their way to fulfill all of our needs. the private facilities offered were top, notch, including the Jacuzzi and sun terrace, which were perfect for relaxing. the outdoor dining area was a great spot to enjoy the delicious dinner and special diet menus offered by the restaurant.

    Bad , One minor issue the only minor issue we had was with the room's advertised view. While the room was beautiful and well, appointed with all of the exclusive advantages, the window view was not as described.
